Discount vouchers

We provide discount vouchers and promotion coupons as a bonus or compensation for various events and competitions, which I send only to newsletter subscribers.

You will find on them the amount of the discount, the validity date until which the discount can be applied, the unique code and the conditions of use. We send discount vouchers and action coupons only in electronic form, by e-mail, as separate codes.

How to apply them

• Put all the goods you have chosen in the basket and continue to complete the order. Fill in the address for sending the goods and write the code of the discount voucher in the note field, then select the type of payment and select the method of delivery.
• After entering the codes, the value of the voucher will be deducted from the total amount of your order on the invoice.
• Promotional coupons cannot be combined with each other or used at the same time as a discount voucher or loyalty discounts.
• Please note that in some cases, discount vouchers can only be used for selected categories. This information is always provided with a specific coupon.

Good to know

• The voucher cannot cover transport or service fees.
• Discount vouchers and promotional coupons can be applied to the entire range, which is listed in the information about the coupon.
• The discount voucher or special offer coupon cannot be replaced if you cancel the order or part of it or return the goods within 14 days.
• If the sale of the goods ordered by you has ended, we will issue you a replacement discount voucher on request.
• If you delete a discount voucher from your email inbox, it cannot be regenerated.
• The voucher cannot be used for already created orders.
